Después de varias horas invertidas en solucionar asuntos de la vida consumista, nos encontramos una deliciosa librería para satisfacer nuestras necesidades de búsquedas literarias, las aventura resultó divertida y retadora,,,probamos nuestra capacidad de autocontrol. (Resultado de la prueba: limitado autocontrol).
Caminamos por el centro de Quito y la iluminación de hoy hace muy difícil lograr algunas fotos, se requieres equipos para contrarrestar la luz intensa, sin embargo no claudicamos y aquí les ponemos algunas cositas.
Decidimos cenar en el Hotel Patio Andaluz, donde pudimos avanzar en nuestra investigación de empanadas, Daniel nuestro mesero fue genero en sus explicaciones y resultó ser un experto en los modos de preparación, así que ahora hay algunas recetas para disfrutar.
Following time spent managing various consumerist tasks, we found our way to a bookstore, which allowed us to gauge our literary self'control (result: limited self-control evident).
In the late afternoon and evening we spent time taking photographs in Quito, with much difficulty managing light and shade. Notwithstanding we were able to capture the feel of the centre at night.
Alimentary need took us to the Hotel Patio Andaluz, where we found Daniel, our waiter, to be an expert in preparing empanadas and (even more valuable) aji, so now we are ready to try various recipes for these.
