Cajamarca es una ciudad con espíritu positivo, su plaza es grande y espaciosa, con personas ocupándola y una buena muestra de arquitectura colonial. Cada Domingo se hace una parada militar en la plaza de armas, esta vez estaban celebrando un año de operación de un programa de seguridad alimentaria y habían mujeres representantes de diferentes zonas rurales. Pudimos ver la variedad de formas en el vestido y sus usos tradicionales.
Cajamarca cuenta con un complejo colonial bien conservado, tranquilo y rico para visitar.
Cajamarca is a city with a positive spirit, its plaza is large and open, with lots of people taking advantage ot it, and with extensive evidence of colonial architecture. Every Sunday there is a military parade in the Plaza; this Sunday it was a celebration of the first year of a programe of healthy nutrition, and in the Plaza there were many women representing different rural districts. We could see a variety of different forms of traditional dress.
Cajamarca has a well-preserved colonial sector, quiet, and well worth visiting.
